Quality of Part
is definitely stronger than the plastic parts that I have used three times before. However, the part that breaks most often is the plastic "axle" that holds the rollers on and that is still plastic in this assembly as well.
Many kudos to Jim for his quick replies to my questions on the part, and his providing of an installation video. Good people at Speedy. I worked in customer service/equipment repair for many years and having reputable parts suppliers was always key. Great support from this team! -
