Ice Maker Replacement
My ice maker stopped working and I decided to purchase this as a direct replacement. My current refrigerator is an older KitchenAid model. I used the original mounting screws, bottom bracket, wire harness, and bail arm. I had to shorten the existing water hose that fills the ice tray and move the metal clip to properly secure the thermal fuse on the wiring harness to the ice maker frame. The new ice maker is working great!

Replacement Ice Maker for Kitchenaid freezer
Although I believe it to be a popular model, Speedy had an exact replacement icemaker for my. Kitchenaid freezer.
I did have to use the old mounting plate. It was 3 short screws to remove and mount to the new Icemaker. Plugged it in, slid it into the mounting slots in the freezer. It works great! I’m back in the snow cone business for my grandkids! -
Replacement Ice Maker
Easy fix - the replacement unit pops in just fine, with some adjustments necessary to accommodate the fill tube placement. It took two days for the system to fill the ice bucket - and the ice is perfectly sized to meet our needs
