Good Replacement Pump/Motor
It arrived a bit late, but that was FEDEX's fault. Speedy Appliance took xtra care in packing, however a plastic guard was broken, also due to FEDEX. I lucked out, as the guard was not needed, and the original did not have one as well. Installation took about an hour, and everything fit very well. I did replace the large spring clamp with a stainless steel screw on hose clamp. This was easier, and more secure than the original. I ran 4 loads with the bottom panel removed, in order to check for leaks. Everything was great. I found this pump/motor to be quieter than the original. Speedy appliance went above and beyond to try and prevent any difficulties like I had experienced with one of their competitors, who simply wouldn't package their shipments to prevent breakage. I had previously received 2 broken pumps due to just sticking a label on the mfgr's original box, which contained zero protection. It was meant to be packed in an outer carton with some type of packing material. Anyway, I won't hesitate to order from Speedy Appliance again, whenever the need should arise. I am a happy camper, with a functioning washer again. Thank you Kayla!
