Dive Into Fall With This Slow Cooker Pot Roast Recipe

Fall means the leaves are turning, football is being played and the aroma from your crock pot is in the air. Check out this recipe and take your crock pot roast to another level!

Ingredients

1 pound medium red potatoes, quartered

1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 to 4 pounds)

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

1 cup baby carrots 

1/4 cup horseradish mustard 

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/3 cup chopped onion 

2 cups beef broth

Directions

Add all ingredients to the crock pot saving the onions for the top.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours and serve. You're sure to get a compliment or two on this meal.
