    Fast shipping and reasonable price. Part looks just like the old one. It was tricky to remove, but hitting a screwdriver/hammer in the clockwise direction did the trick.

    I’m so happy with this replacement part. It took a minute to figure out how to take the old part off but the new one was easy peasy to put on. The blender works like new. The shipping was super fast

    The only issue with installation was my misunderstanding of the instructions. Here is my translation: use a screwdriver to pry up one side, remove the screwdriver, rotate the blender 90%, and pry up again in a new spot until you've pried up all the way around.

    Part was great, but removing the old coupler without the wrench was challenging. Installing the new coupler would have been easier with the wrench as well.

    Saved me from tossing out my blender. Easy fix with this Drive Coupling. Bought two to have a spare on hand. Shipping was fast. Can't say enough good things about Speedy Appliance Parts. Beat the price found on Amazon too. A five minute fix for my Kitchenaid blender.

    I was so happy to find this part online, I originally thought I was going to have to throw my blender away. The website was great & ordering was easy.     I'm so glad I didn't have to throw my blender away! This part broke on mine and I was ready to toss the whole blender when someone suggested just looking up the part, I don't think that far ahead. I was so excited to see it was just this tiny part and I was so excited to find it this cheap! I ordered it on a Saturday night and received it on a Wednesday. So happy to have my blender back!
