The product works perfectly and was exactly what I needed. Very happy with the product. They packaged and shipped the product very quickly, so I'm very happy with that. They have 3 choices for shipping......Standard Shipping (4-7 days) for $xx.xx, 3 day shipping for and extra $5.00 (roughly), and 1-2 day shipping for an additional $5.00 (roughly). I chose the 1-2 day shipping. It was sent out with a 3 day shipping label on it (the option that was $5.00 less than I paid for). No problem, I understand mistakes happen sometimes and the additional shipping time really wasn't a big deal (it actually took 5 days after they shipped it to arrive, but I understand that's completely out of their control). However, I didn't feel it was right that I paid the extra $5.00 (roughly) but actually got the cheaper option. I contacted customer support to explain the mistake and to see if they could refund the $5.00 since they shipped it out 3 day instead of the requested 1-2 day. I was told that due to the current situation, they felt the more expensive option would have taken longer, so they felt they did me a favor by sending it via the cheaper option, so they would not be refunding me anything. Made what would have been an excellent transaction a very sour transaction! It's either dishonest and unethical practices, or they made an honest mistake, but have no interest in repeat business? Not sure which?

Excellent Service
Washer displayed an ‘Ld’ fault code. After eliminating the drain lines as the cause, I had to pump out the remaining water in the tub. I turned my attention to the drain pump. It was easily removed (3 screws and two hoses). I found the impeller was broken (by a cotter pin). I looked at several sites on the internet. Speedy Appliances was by far the least expensive. In fact the difference in price made me a little cautious. I ordered the part and received it two days later whereupon I installed it and all is well. All total it took about two hours to troubleshoot, remove and replace.
